Aaron M. Doley
In 2002, Aaron served on the floor at the New York Stock Exchange
as an intern. In the summer of 2003 he worked as a White House
intern in the office of Public Liasion where he introduced
guest to daily functions. He received a bachelor degree in
business management from Mercy College in 2004 and studied
abroad in Lugano, Switzerland.
Aaron is presently registered with Doley Securities LLC and
has been since January 2004. His primary focus is on public
finance. Aaron holds the title of Operations Manager. His
duties include dealing with daily operations and investor
relations.

Chad Robert
Chad Robert serves as President for DSI. Mr. Robert holds
a Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University in Finance.
Mr. Robert manages and coordinates Doley Securities Inc.,
institutional investment accounts, producing the best investments
for our clients.

Rebecca Bennett
Rebecca Bennett received her bachelor’s degree in Management
Information Systems from Pace University in Pleasantville,
New York.
Ms. Bennett is currently the Vice President of Program for
the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF). She is responsible
for managing and implementing Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s
national programs including faculty development, scholarship
management, student leadership development, university capacity
building, college recruitment, research and publications.
Ms. Bennett has over 20 years of professional experience in
program and financial aid management. She has had an accomplished
career in scholarship and program management and HBCU capacity
building programs.

Sheila Kearney
Sheila Kearney began her career as a special education
teacher and administrator in the Boston Public Schools system.
Kearney earned a doctorate and master’s degree from
Harvard University in administration, planning, and social
policy. She also earned a master’s degree from Boston
College in educational psychology. She currently holds the
title as Executive Director of the Gallup Institute for Global
Well-Being (GIGWB), formerly known as the Gallup Positive
Psychology Institute. As a member on the Doley Foundation
board she serves as the chair of The Fund’s Academic
Advisory Committee. Her newest initiative is the implementation
of TMCF Pathways, a TMCF-Gallup partnership providing faculty-staff
fellowships and a strengths-retention program for freshmen
students at each of the TMCF member universities.

Edward R. Dudley
Edward Dudley attended Pepperdine College in Pepperdine California
and graduated from Columbia Law School in New York. Mr. Dudley
currently practices criminal defense in the Bronx, NY. He
has worked as assistant DA for New York County. (68-73). He
was the executive director of Harlem Assurgent of rights committee
(1973-1974) He also was on the board of the New York Urban
League from 1975-1985.
